Partners do not manufacture. Everything ships from the Kandivali facility, which means the geography of a franchise is limited by how fast we can move frozen stock.
Can I open a Sanju Icecream franchise?
Yes, within Mumbai and adjoining areas that can be served on a short cold chain from the 2,500 sq ft Kandivali facility. Franchise partners operate a retail counter and sell only product manufactured by us — there is no local production, no reformulation and no substitution of ingredients. Because shelf life is 1 to 2 weeks, partners must commit to tight stock rotation and freezer discipline at -18C.
