Kulfi falooda
The one thing we would put our name on twice.
A full kulfi, sliced, dropped into falooda. Two products from the same floor stacked into one glass.
What is kulfi falooda?
Kulfi falooda is a falooda that uses a whole slab of set kulfi instead of a scoop of ice cream. At Sanju Icecream, a malai or malai pista kulfi is sliced over freshly boiled falooda sev, soaked basil seeds and cold natural milk with rose. Because the kulfi is dense and unaerated, it holds shape in the glass instead of dissolving on contact.
