Terms of Service
Written for the prototype build. Final wording is pending client confirmation and legal review before launch.
Orders
An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it on WhatsApp or when a delivery partner accepts it. Bulk and event orders above 50 units require prepayment via a Razorpay hosted checkout link.
Shelf life and storage
Product carries a 1 to 2 week shelf life from production because it contains no preservatives or stabilisers. It must be stored at -18C. We cannot accept responsibility for product held outside that temperature after handover.
Cancellation and refunds
Standard counter and delivery orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Bulk and event orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the required date for a full refund; after that, ingredient cost may be retained.
Seasonal availability
Fruit flavours are made only while the fruit is in season. Listings for out-of-season flavours are removed and cannot be ordered.
Allergens
Products contain milk. Several contain tree nuts, and falooda contains gluten. All items are produced in a shared facility, so trace cross-contact cannot be excluded.
Brand history claims
Founding-year information on this site is presented as unresolved. Unresolved discrepancy. The logo carries 'Since 1987' while the brand narrative describes a 1999 start with a 2014 relaunch. Both are reproduced verbatim here and neither is presented as the settled founding year. Client to confirm before this copy goes live.
